Moderator: Ronald C. Weston, AIA, PP, LEED AP is an AIA Newark & Suburban Architects Past-President and current Co-Chair of the Continuing Education Committee. Ron has 35 years of professional experience as an architect and manager leading the design and planning of a diverse range of large-scale projects regionally and nationally.

Description: This program offers an interactive virtual (Zoom) forum for AIA Newark & Suburban architect members to connect and share thoughts on a range of relevant Architecture Practice topics. Each session will be a moderated conversation organized around a primary theme or topic, including the following:
• Architect Value Proposition – explore services offerings, fee strategies, client value creation, and financial return on investment.
• Expanding Architectural Practice – discuss supplemental service offerings such as, property assessment, program management, energy and green certification, energy rating certification services, acoustical design, lighting design, etc.
• The Architect’s Voice – consider best practices in communicating effectively with our clients and your community. Revisit and reference themes from the AIA Message Book.
