Residential Design After Covid-19

Here is a recent article from The Architect's Newspaper:  READ

Despite uncertainty in the world and the dire economic forecast, I’m a bit more optimistic than the Architect's Newspaper about the future for architects who work on custom residential projects. The pandemic has forced people to spend more time at home. Working, teaching, exercising, dining and entertaining are taking place inside houses more often than ever before. Eventually people will be moving about freely in the outside world again, but their days at home will have had an impact. Those who can afford it, will want to make improvements to shortfalls that became obvious while they sheltered in place. Others will need changes to accommodate new uses and functions. They will all need architects!
