Tour will included:
- 22,000-square foot Farm Barn (including orientation center, a classroom and a cafe on the first floor, and staff offices on the second floor). This 1906 structure, built to house Thoroughbred horses, is a built to LEED Platinum standards.
- The Orchid Range (the oldest of the conservatories on the property, dating to 1899, will house a southeastern coastal garden and a sampling of orchids, long associated with Duke Farms; the area surrounding the Orchid Range will have gardens featuring native plants. The Orchid Range is built to LEED Gold standards).
- Coach Barn (constructed in 1900 by Kendall, Taylor & Stevens, with a five-story Norman clock tower. The fieldstone in the walls comes from local quarries).
